Westward Expansion of West Lake Project in Hangzhou
Equipment Type: Grinder
The "Westward Expansion of West Lake" project represents the largest ecological restoration effort in the western region of West Lake, Hangzhou. The design of the fully buried, unmanned pump stations seamlessly integrates with the scenic landscape along the causeway. This project pioneered the introduction of grinder screens in China and set a new direction for the construction of pump stations in the country.
WWTP in the Macao Cross-Border Industrial Zone
Equipment Type: Bandscreen/Drum Screen/Vertical Rake Screen
The WWTP in Macao Crossborder Industrial Zone was established in 2006 and commenced operations in 2009, utilizing the MBR process with a design capacity of 12000m3/d. IVY has participated in multiple phases of this project, supplying 4 sets of internal flow bandscreens, 2 sets of drum screens, 1 set of Grinder, and 2 sets of Vertical Spiral Screens.

Hangzhou Qige WWTP
Equipment Type: Non-Metallic gates
The Hangzhou Qige WWTP is the largest urban domestic sewage treatment plant in Zhejiang Province.The upgrade project, started in 2015,  IVY was honored to provide over 100 sets of various types of non-metallic gates and have been in normal operation for over 8 years.

Shekou WWTP in Shenzhen
Equipment Type: Bandscreen
The Shenzhen Shekou Water Purification Plant upgrade project employs the MBR process, with a near-term design capacity of 50000m3/d and a long-term design capacity of 100000m3/d. IVY provided 2 sets of 5mm fine bandscreens (1 in use and 1 standby) and 4 sets of 1mm fine bandscreens (2 in use and 2 standby) in the project .

Shanghai World Expo Stormwater & Wastewater Pump Station

The Shanghai World Expo's Pudong Park drainage system included the Puming, Houtan, Naguan, and Nanmatou pump stations. These primary stormwater and wastewater pump stations were integral to the 2010 Shanghai Expo.

Beijing Olympic Chengfu & Datun Road Tunnel Pump Station

The Chengfu and Datun Road tunnel pump station were critical infrastructure projects for the central area during the 2008 Beijing Olympics. These pump stations served as key nodes for stormwater discharge during the Olympic and marked the first use of fully buried pump stations in Beijing.

Hefei Economic Development Zone WWTP

The planned total sewage treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone is 400000 m3/d. Avi participated in the third and fourth phases of the project in 2014 and 2021 respectively, providing customized solutions for fine grids for pre-treatment. A total of four sets of 3mm fine grids were supplied, successfully helping the project to be put into operation smoothly and fully meeting the demand for sewage treatment capacity in the region.

Zedang Urban WWTP in Shannan, Tibet

The Phase II Project of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Zedang Urban Area, Shannan City, upgrades and expands the original plant. After completion, it will treat 40,000 m³ of sewage per day. As a key project in Shannan, Tibet Autonomous Region, it safeguards the environment and ecosystem. IVY supplied 3 sets of 3mm finescreen, 2 sets of 6mm finescreen, and supporting equipment like screenings compactor. Once built, the project will greatly boost local sewage collection and treatment capacity, effectively enhancing the aquatic ecological environment quality in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin.

Renovation of the sea discharge gate of Nanshan WWTP in Shenzhen
Equipment Type: Non-Metallic gates
The design capacity of Nanshan Water Purification Plant’s outfall pumping station is 736,000 m³/d. When peak effluent exceeds this, tailwater discharges via the existing emergency channel. However, the stoplog in the channel causes overflowing tailwater to generate foam upon impact, negatively affecting the downstream water’s appearance. To ensure smooth discharge, modifying the gate became urgent. After on - site surveys and technical coordination, IVY designed two upward - opening non - metallic gates with excellent sealing. Installed in January 2021, they’ve performed well, delivering notable environmental benefits.

Macau Taipa WWTP
Equipment Type: FineScreen
The Taipa WWTP in Macau is located on Taipa Island. Its construction began in 1996 and plays a key role in the sewage treatment system of the Macau Special Administrative Region. It is mainly responsible for treating a large amount of domestic sewage and a certain amount of industrial wastewater in the Taipa area. Since 2011, IVY has been continuously involved in the construction of multiple phases of the sewage treatment plant, updating and renovating its coarse and fine screens, as well as the process section gates, to provide professional environmental protection solutions to assist the long-term stable and efficient operation of the sewage treatment plant.

NO.2 Stormwater Pump Station in Wufeng, Shanghai
Equipment Type: Non-Metallic gates
Located in the advanced manufacturing area of the Lingang New Area, the No.2 Stormwater Pump Station in Wufeng handles flood control, sewage interception, and initial rainwater retention functions. IVY supplied 8 sets of electric non-metallic gates for this project.

Tianfu New Area NO.1 WWTP in Sichuan

The Tianfu New Area No.1 WWTP is a critical component of the Tianfu New Area wastewater treatment system, being the largest fully underground wastewater treatment plant in Chengdu at the time.IVY supplied 6 sets of 3mm Bandscreen (fine screen) and 6 sets of 1mm Bandscreen (membrane screen) across two project phases.  

Chengdong WWTP in Guoyang,Anhui
Equipment Type: Bandscreen
The Phase I renovation of the Chengdong WWTP in Guoyang, Anhui, is designed for a capacity of 60,000 m3/d (peak flow rate of 78,000 m3/d). After extensive evaluation, the plant adopted two sets of 3mm BandScreen plates to replace the traditional screens.
Dongshan Drainage Channel Gate Project in Fujian
Equipment Type: Non-Metallic gates
The drainage channel of the Fujian Dongshan Channel Gate Project is relatively wide, undertaking flood drainage and seawater backflow prevention. Long - term seawater erosion makes strict strength and anti - corrosion requirements for its gates, directly impacting water conservancy safety. Non - metallic gates, with excellent anti - corrosion performance, are optimal. IVY supplied multiple gates for the project, the largest reaching 4820mm×2500mm, precisely meeting the owner’s needs and ensuring strength and anti - corrosion standards. It has laid a solid foundation for the project’s smooth progress and long - term stable operation, guarding regional water conservancy and ecological stability.
